Key Responsibilities:
- Programmatically identify redundant data in Lotus Notes.
- Interrogate around 1000 shared mailboxes and 200 databases.
- Identify approximately 2 million individuals by name and unique identifier.
- Handle various data formats and languages in mailboxes/databases.
- Produce output for analysis by a business analyst.
- Programmatically delete identified records.

Skill set - high level as there are likely to be some adjustments made as the project moves forward.
Key Skills/ requirements
- Extensive experience with HCL Notes/Domino including strong skills in Lotus Script and PowerShell
- Programmatically interrogate around 1000 Shared Mailboxes and 200 Databases to identify where 2 million people are mentioned. The people need to be identified by name and a unique identifier. There is no standard format to how data is stored in the Mailboxes \ Databases so will need to cope with different formats \ language ( e.g unique identifier may be called different things). The data could also be held in attachments and not natively in Notes.
- Produce the output into a format that can be analyzed by a business analyst
- Programmatically delete the records identified as needing deleted
