Summary: The Lotus Notes Engineer role involves programmatically identifying redundant data within Lotus Notes, with a focus on analyzing shared mailboxes and databases. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify redundant data held on Lotus Notes programmatically.
- Interrogate around 1000 Shared Mailboxes and 200 Databases to identify mentions of 2 million people by name and unique identifier.
- Produce output in a format suitable for analysis by a business analyst.
- Programmatically delete records identified as needing deletion.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience with HCL Notes/Domino, including strong skills in Lotus Script and PowerShell.
- Ability to handle different data formats and languages within the mailboxes and databases.
- Experience in data analysis and output formatting for business analysis.

Project: Programmatically identify where there may be redundant data held on Lotus Notes.
Skill set - high level as there are likely to be some adjustments made as the project moves forward.
Key Skills/ requirements
- Extensive experience with HCL Notes/Domino including strong skills in Lotus Script and PowerShell
- Programmatically interrogate around 1000 Shared Mailboxes and 200 Databases to identify where 2 million people are mentioned. The people need to be identified by name and a unique identifier. There is no standard format to how data is stored in the Mailboxes \ Databases so will need to cope with different formats \ language ( e.g unique identifier may be called different things). The data could also be held in attachments and not natively in Notes.
- Produce the output into a format that can be analyzed by a business analyst
- Programmatically delete the records identified as needing deleted
