Key Responsibilities:

This is a senior, product led role focused on ensuring we build a scalable, compliant, and integration ready RGS platform from the outset. You will play a critical role in shaping the architecture, guiding engineering teams, and ensuring alignment with US and international lottery regulatory requirements. Your expertise will help us avoid costly rework, accelerate certification, and position our platform for multi market deployment. The ideal candidate is a senior lottery technologist who understands both the technical and regulatory complexity of iLottery systems, and can ensure we build the right solution from day one.
Responsibilities Architecture & Product Definition Define the end-to-end RGS architecture for e-Instant games Establish core components including: Ticket pool management (finite & depleting models) RNG framework (certifiable and deterministic) Progressive jackpot systems Ensure clear separation between RGS, PAM, wallet, and front-end systems Integration Strategy Define API standards and integration frameworks for: Game launch Ticket purchase & settlement Wallet and PAM integrations Progressive jackpots Align integration approaches with key lottery platforms (e.g. Aristocrat/NeoGames, IGT/Brightstar, Intralot, Scientific Games, IWG, NeoPollard, etc) Develop integration playbooks to support efficient onboarding of operators Regulatory & Certification Alignment Ensure RGS design complies with: U.S. iLottery regulations (e.g. PA, VA, MI, NC) GLI / BMM certification requirements Define and validate required certification artefacts: Math parsheets Max exposure simulations Deterministic builds and hashing Source code and audit requirements Identify and mitigate compliance risks early in development Product & Market Alignment Align RGS capabilities with market expectations for e-Instant games Support game design teams in adapting slot-style mechanics into compliant e-Instant formats Ensure platform supports multi-jurisdiction configuration and scalability Risk Management Identify risks across: Certification Integration complexity Regulatory compliance Platform scalability Provide clear recommendations and guardrails to mitigate these risks Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with: Product and engineering teams Compliance and legal stakeholders Commercial teams and external partners Act as a subject matter expert in discussions with: Lottery operators Platform providers Certification labs Key Deliverables RGS architecture blueprint Integration API standards and framework Certification checklists and artefact templates Multi-market compliance guidelines Risk register and mitigation plan Go-live readiness framework for first market deployment Success Measures RGS architecture validated by internal and external stakeholders First game passes certification without major rework Efficient integration with target lottery platforms Clear, scalable framework established for future markets Qualifications Minimum 5 years’ experience within the lottery industry working with US and/or European lotteries Proven understanding of the Lottery industry and e-Instant games Experience managing cross functional projects with an eye for detail and operational efficiency.
