Summary: The Logistics & Fulfilment Specialist role in London involves managing daily inbound and outbound operations related to hardware programs, supporting various projects, and ensuring quality standards in warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Review daily inbound and outbound operations and escalations related to all hardware programs.
- Assist with the preparation and execution of the VAS project, including setting up production lines and troubleshooting issues.
- Ensure timely provision of VAS-related materials to the warehouse and uphold quality standards.
- Support resolution of warehouse issues, compliance, transportation delays, packaging, labeling, software changes, and product quality reviews.
Key Skills:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-3 years’ experience in order management, logistics, or hardware operations.
- Previous experience in supply chain program management.
- Experience collaborating with operations, finance, sales, planning, and engineering teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized and self-starter with attention to detail.
- Intermediate spreadsheet and SQL skills.

Role responsibilities
- Review daily inbound and outbounds operations and escalations related to all hardware programs
- Assist with the preparation of the VAS project (set up of production lines at the fulfillment centers to execute the software changes, assist with running end to end tests, troubleshoot issues), as well as execution of the project (communicate which pallets need VAS applied
- Ensure the VAS related materials are provided to the warehouse in time, ensure the warehouse uphold quality standards, tracking daily output), to the after care of the project (resolution of escalations, quality issues)
- Support resolution of warehouse issues, compliance and transportation delays, packaging and labeling, software changes, and product quality reviews
Qualifcations & Experience
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2-3 years’ experience in order management, logistics or hardware operations
- Previous experience in supply chain program management
- Experience collaborating and working cross-functionally with operations, finance, sales, planning and engineering teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized and self-started with attention to detail
- Intermediate spreadsheet and SQL skills
