Key Responsibilities:

• Project manage the re-organization and optimization of material delivery and storage.
• Collaborate with different functions in the business, both in the UK and abroad.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor material management/logistics activities in projects.
• Develop and continuously improve project-specific customer supply chain concepts.
• Create and coordinate supply chain specific requests with various departments.
• Act as a Project Core Team member and analyze project change decisions.
• Analyze potential supplier base for project-related logistic services and conduct supplier audits.
• Plan and complete tender/biddings for logistics services and provide recommendations.
• Develop and implement logistic contingency measures.
• Prepare and support awarding meetings with suppliers and service providers.
• Monitor all matters of construction site logistics and coordinate external service providers.
• Prepare and support cost accounting of supply chain costs in projects.

Key Skills:

• Logistics and warehouse experience, particularly in setting up new warehouse operations.
• Project management skills with the ability to run projects independently.
• Experience with SAP and MS Project.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating logistics services and costs.
• Ability to develop and implement supply chain concepts according to customer needs.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across various functions.
