Want to work for the worlds leading fun and entertainment provider in their EMEA Logistics team, your skills are needed ongoing to cover the following tasks;Order-to-cashAdministration of the order flow between the company and its third-party logistics partners.Administration of payment on account orders; checking funds have been received andorders are released. Administration of customer shipping requirements. Ensuring that special requirements are logged and communicated with the third-party logistics partners. Responsibility for the EDI link between ATE and its third-party logistics partners. Checking the EDI tool daily to investigate and clear errors. Checking to ensure that all sales orders which have been picked arefully invoiced. Working with the Sales Administration Team and third-party logistics partners on urgent orders, logistics and transport issues. Administration of customer insurance claims; working with customers in instances of lost or damaged stock, including recovery of costs from logisticsprovider and our insurance company.Stock managementOverall responsibility for ensuring ERP stock level is aligned with third party logisticsproviders.Investigation and clearing of stock discrepancies, working with internal and external partieswhere necessary.Stock transfer between third party logistics and ATE Service centreGoods returnManagement of the customer goods return process.Liaising with customers, arranging collections, and ensuring credits are issued in a timelymanner.Sales orderAssist the Logistics & Operations Team in the processing of Distributor and Amazon salesordersAssist the Logistics & Operations Team in the inventory allocations on sales ordersWHAT YOU WILL NEED:Previous and proven supply chain experience/logistics is essential, ideally within a similar industry/environment.Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages, particularly Microsoft Excel (advanced level) is advantageous.Must be numerate and commercially astute.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, establishing good working relationships.Highly motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Must be a team player, able to build effective working relationships easily at all levels.Experience in the use of Oracle or similar ERP systems is essential.Ability to work to tight deadlines and to be able to demonstrate excellent time management skills.To recieve the upper banding of the salary you will need to meet all of the above criteria.
