Summary: Wrightbus is seeking an organised Logistics Operator for a temporary position to support its rapid growth. The role involves receiving goods, processing them, and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies. The candidate will also be responsible for the safe operation of equipment and preparing goods for shipping. Additional responsibilities include participating in stocktakes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

We are recruiting for an organised Logistics Operator for All service one, who will be responsible for the receiving of goods from suppliers, processing these through the system and storing them in an appropriate location/manner.
The Role: Responsible for the compliance with the company's health and safety policy and procedures ensuring the warehouse & workshop policies are being adhered to. Responsible for the safe operation of plant equipment Responsible for all aspects of the storage & preparing goods for shipping; Ensuring Warehouse procedures and processes are adhered to Accurate kitting and issuing of parts to orders. Transportation of material within the warehouse in a safe manner to ensure on time shipping and that the parts are not damaged. Fork truck use will be required from time to time however full training will be given To participate actively in stocktakes & continuous improvement teams. Must be prepared to work additional hours when requested by management Carryout duties in accordance with the equal opportunity policy. Undertake any training or retraining associated with the post, or introduction of new working practices or engineering changes. Undertake any other duties conducive with the effective operation of the post.
The Requirements: Previous experience of Materials handling & control in a fast-paced Warehouse Environment Experience of Goods Inwards, Cycle Counting. Literate in English
