Logistics Manager

Summary: The Logistics Manager role involves overseeing all logistical operations for a high-rise residential project in Royal Tunbridge Wells. Key Responsibilities:

• Run the Delivery Management System and control site access
• Manage traffic flow and gatekeeping
• Oversee waste and skip movement, ensuring site cleanliness
• Coordinate labor management including gatemen, marshalls, and trades
• Lead daily briefings and toolbox talks
• Upload photos and notices, maintaining records
• Manage lifting operations and overall logistics compliance
• Work closely with the main contractor’s QS team for contra charges
• Attend management meetings

Key Skills:

• SSSTS or SMSTS certification
• First Aid Certification
• Valid CSCS Card
• Strong computer skills
• Proven background in site logistics
