Summary: The Logistics Coordinator role in Oxford involves managing logistics operations, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams. The position requires multitasking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities including mailroom activities and emergency response duties. This is a maternity cover position for 12 months, requiring immediate availability. The successful candidate will work in a large corporate office setting and must possess strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary focus on delivery of all Goods in Operations SLA’s in accordance with KPI & Output measurements
- Provide cover for business logistics function
- Co-ordinate with FM Operations and Critical Service teams to deliver service level agreements
- Comply with HSE requirements as outlined within the SLA and as instructed by the company policy
- Act as a part of site Emergency team i.e., Fire Marshall, as required for emergency control activities
- Report all accidents, occupational illnesses, and emergencies in relevant books/documentation
- Carry out Mail Room activities as required
- Monitor and maintain packaging and consumable levels
- Co-ordinate site waste and recycling arrangements
- Take ownership and understand customer requirements and be able to demonstrate the ability to close out concerns and ensure customer is kept appraised at all times
- Provide and arrange cover for the FM team as defined by line management
- Back fill for Receptionist when required to support contract requirement
- Be part of the keyholding team for the site
