Logistic Manager

We are assisting our client with their search for a long term freelance Logistic Manager to join their team on their project located by Hyde Park Corner.

The project is an £100m + CAT A commercial office fit out which will involve increasing an existing building by three floors along with a full refurbishment to the ground floor retail units.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and coordinating deliveries of materials, tools, and equipment to site
• Liaising with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely procurement
• Managing site logistics, including storage, laydown areas, and access routes
• Arranging transport, scheduling, and tracking inventory to avoid delays or shortages
• Ensuring all logistics activity complies with health & safety regulations
• Monitoring logistics costs and negotiating with suppliers/carriers
• Working closely with project managers and site teams to keep the project on schedule
• Troubleshooting delivery or supply issues as they arise
