Locum Prosecutions Lawyer

About the Role:

Sellick Partnership is looking for a Prosecutions Lawyer to join a friendly local authority on a locum basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join an competent team.

The successful candidate would be willing to attend the office and courts as required.

Key Responsibilities of a Prosecutions Lawyer:

• Dealing with prosecutions and regulatory matters including waste, education, and environmental crime
• Dealing with planning litigation and licensing matters such as taxi licensing

Desirable Skills and Requirements of a Prosecutions Lawyer:

• Previous experience handling prosecution and regulatory matters
• Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
