Key Responsibilities:

- Provide one-to-one secretarial support.
Key Skills:
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Locum Private Client Solicitor.
- Experience handling busy and varied private client caseloads.
- Ability to work self-sufficiently and hit the ground running in a locum role.
Salary (Rate): £50.00/hr

Birchrose Associates are partnering with a full service law firm, recruiting for a Locum Private Client Solicitor to assist on a long term basis, starting ASAP until June 2026.
The Opportunity
Our client, a long established, traditional practice are seeking the support of a Locum Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to support them whilst a team member is on maternity leave. The firm are looking for the locum to be predominantly office based in Staffordshire, with 1 day per week remote working considered. This role is to start ASAP with an expected end date of June 2026. The firm are open to considering part time or full time candidates.
Responsibilities
This role will see the Locum handling a caseload including the following matters:
- Wills
- Estate Administration
- Probate
- LPAs
- Tax work
- Trust matters
One to one secretarial support is available for the locum.
