Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting on behalf of our Local Authority client for the position of Locum Planning Lawyer.

Within this role you will advise clients on a range of matters including:

  • Section 106 agreements including in relation to biodiversity net gain and phosphates
  • Section 278 agreements
  • Bi-lateral and uni-lateral agreements
  • Planning enforcement matters
  • Certificates of lawful use

The role can be conducted largely remotely, however you will be required to attend planning committee (held in the afternoon) one day per month.

We are looking for an experienced lawyer with previous local authority experience.

This client is ideally looking for full time hours however part time and condensed hours will also be considered.
