Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality occupational therapy to patients on acute wards. Effectively manage complex patient discharges, including liaising with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external agencies. Provide expert assessment and treatment for individuals with acute physical health conditions. Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans. Participate in team meetings and ensure accurate documentation of patient progress. Essential Requirements: Degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with the HCPC. Recent experience working in acute physical health settings. Demonstrated ability to manage complex discharges confidently. Strong communication and organizational skills.
