Locum Litigation Legal Officer

The ideal Litigation Legal Officer will cover civil litigation and some debt recovery matters. Responsibilities may be including but not limited to:

  • Licensing law and public protection
  • Anti-social behaviour and community safety
  • Local Authority Housing
  • Debt recovery
  • GDPR, Data Protection and Freedom of Information
  • Local Government law and procedures

Although full-time availability is desirable, candidates offering part-time availability will be considered.
