Summary: Sellick Partnership is seeking a Commercial Contracts Paralegal for a locum position within a local authority in Greater Manchester. Key Responsibilities:
- To support solicitors across a wide variety of commercial legal matters
- Drafting, reviewing and collating commercial contracts, deeds, grant agreements and associated documentation
- Assisting solicitors with public procurement exercises
- Conducting legal research
- Reviewing cases, responding to general enquiries
- Assisting with Freedom of Information requests
Key Skills:
- Experience as a Commercial Contracts Paralegal
- Strong drafting and reviewing skills
- Knowledge of public procurement processes
- Legal research capabilities

Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a well-regarded local authority in the North West who are seeking a Commercial Contracts Paralegal to join their legal team on a locum basis. They ideally need a full time candidate but can consider part time hours.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Contracts paralegal to gain exposure to a broad range of commercial and procurement-related matters within a supportive team.
