Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a thrilling local authority based in Manchester. They are looking for a Locum Childcare Solicitor to join their expanding legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to work amongst the legal experts and progress your career. Please find below further details with regards to the position. This role pays a competitive rate of: PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £44.48 £48.87 per hour Umbrella - £50-£55 per hour The role is for 3 months with potential to extend.

Responsibilities as a Childcare Solicitor:

  • Able to handle high caseload in childcare cases from start to completion.
  • Preparing Legal documents and correspondence.
  • Providing legal advice and support to the company's clients in matters related to childcare and protection
  • Able to do advocacy when needed
