Key Responsibilities:

• Provide intensive treatment as part of the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team.
• Work within a 24/7 rota to meet the needs of individuals in crisis.
• Conduct Mental Health Act Assessments and accept referrals for service users.
• Make autonomous clinical decisions for high-risk populations.
• Plan and deliver care for individuals requiring acute responses.
• Collaborate with doctors, families, and other agencies to manage care effectively.
• Adhere to professional and regulatory standards in clinical practice.
