Local Marketing Manager

Summary: The Local Marketing Manager for North England will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies tailored to regional and hyperlocal markets. This role involves collaborating with various teams to analyze consumer insights and drive effective campaigns that enhance Deliveroo's market presence. The position offers autonomy in managing local marketing initiatives while aligning with broader company objectives. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Local Marketing and work in a hybrid capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end local marketing strategies across North England.
• Collaborate with Commercial, UKI Marketing, and Insight teams to evaluate regional needs and opportunities.
• Develop and execute hyperlocal marketing initiatives aligned with key seasonal and customer moments.
• Lead strategy development, planning, and execution for UKI-wide local marketing initiatives.
• Provide insights, analysis, and recommendations to shape local business direction.
• Optimize and evaluate marketing campaigns, offering future recommendations.
• Develop insightful reporting and measurement to inform strategy improvements.
• Communicate effectively with cross-departmental stakeholders at all levels.
• Travel to London every 6 weeks for meetings.

Key Skills:

• 5+ years of marketing or agency experience executing TTL marketing campaigns.
• Experience in a local marketing role with a focus on customer relevance.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills for interpreting data into consumer-led strategies.
• Extensive knowledge of multi-channel marketing, including social and earned channels.
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills for managing cross-departmental stakeholders.
