Summary: The Local Authority Transformation Programme Manager will lead the Council's vision for recovery by driving service and operational improvements within specific areas such as resident experience, social care, and housing. This role requires extensive experience in local authority transformation programs and a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and system thinking. The position is contract-based and offers hybrid working arrangements in Greater London. The successful candidate will work closely with corporate support teams to deliver substantial service improvements in line with the Council's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver substantial service improvements and transformation within relevant service areas.
  • Link operating models to partnerships in wider systems including healthcare and economic growth.
  • Ensure synergy with improvement, recovery, culture change, workforce strategy, and asset proposals.
  • Deliver cases for change focusing on Front Door, Assessment, and Digitisation.

Key Skills:

  • Extensive experience in delivering Local Authority Transformation Programmes.
  • LEAN and system-thinking approach.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Experience with formal programme management governance and assurance frameworks.
  • Essential local authority experience.

Salary (Rate): 700.00
