Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Linux infrastructure for public cloud SaaS offering, focusing on Ubuntu, CentOS, and RedHat.
  • Perform maintenance, patching, and hardening of systems.
  • Utilize RedHat Openshift and EUD provisioning.
  • Implement SSO, VMware, Azure, and networking solutions.
  • Utilize scripting skills with Ansible or PowerShell.

Key Skills:

  • Current SC clearance and sole British citizenship.
  • Experience with Ubuntu, CentOS, and RedHat Linux distributions.
  • Proficiency in RedHat Openshift and EUD provisioning.

Detailed Description From Employer:

We are currently looking for an experienced Linux engineer to work for a client of ours. You must have current SC clearance and be a sole British citizen for this role as it will be working in a highly secure environment. You will be working within the infrastructure team that looks after the clients public cloud SaaS offering looking after the Linux infrastructure with a main focus on Ubuntu, CentOS and RedHat. You will have experience with RedHat Openshift and EUD provisioning maintenance, patching and hardening. Experience with SSO. VMware, Azure and networking is a must and any Scripting experience with ansible or powershell would help. Due to the nature of the role you will need to be on site 5 days a week and the role will be outside IR35.
