Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the growth of the Financial Assessment Monitoring Team by utilizing Dynamics and Mosaic applications for financial contributions.
• Support Financial Assessment Monitoring Teams and Social Work Teams regarding citizen placements in Residential Care.
• Oversee payment collections for Residential stays and act as a liaison between teams, care homes, and residents.
• Manage reconciliation, suspense accounts, and banking tasks, including Sundry Debts quality checks and procedural development.
• Generate and deliver operational reports as required.

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of debt management, recovery legislation, welfare benefits, and social care.
• Proficiency in Dynamics, Microsoft Office (Excel, Access), and Performance Business Reports.
