Summary: The LIMS Specialist role involves working with a global pharmaceutical company in Swindon for a 6-12 month contract. - Work with over 100 methods.

Our client is seeking a LIMS Specialist to join their global pharmaceutical company located in Swindon for an initial 6-12 month duration. It is a fast paced and exciting environment which is seeing a lot of internal investment. This is the chance to get involved with a global client who is going from strength to strength. With several exciting refurbishment projects in the pipeline this is a great chance to be involved in the full project lifecycle with the opportunity to move into other projects and areas of the business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Link simple instrumentation to LIMs such that electronic data is directly mapped to LIMS batch release.
- Set-up consumables management within Microbiology
- Support specification builds for current projects not yet loaded within the system
- Establish electronic mapping of samples with use of barcode readers.
- Over 100 methods to work too
Desirable Experience:
- Extensive experience in implementing systems.
- Analytical method experience is valued.
