Summary: The LIMS Implementation Project Manager role involves leading the full lifecycle implementation of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) to support various operational functions. The position requires collaboration across teams to ensure successful integration and user adoption of the system. Candidates should have over 8 years of project management experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. This is a one-year contract position based onsite in Clayton, NC, with potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle implementation of a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to support FFEx building operations, including Clean Utilities (CUB), FP product testing, AP product and materials testing, Warehouse, and QC.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of the LIMS system.
- Develop and oversee training programs and execution plans for both static and end users of the Global LIMS platform.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing issues and risks promptly.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with specific experience leading LIMS implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of LIMS systems, workflows, and user requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
