- Must have Life Sciences R&D Project delivery experience
- Drive project overall strategy, architecture, data strategy, service model
- Create product roadmap
- Create project plan, communication plan
- Create business change management plan
- Manage daily scrum meetings
- Must have business change management experience
- Manage project risks, issues, actions, dependencies
- Manage steering committee and rollout discussion
- Strong need to collaborate with stakeholders
- Strong soft skills especially communication and interpersonal skill set
- Proactive, driven and organized
- Strong agile PM experience
