Key Responsibilities:
- Spend 20% of your time in formal training with the apprenticeship training provider.
- Use various tools and programming languages as necessary.
- Follow application and component level design, adhering to standards and patterns.
- Propose solutions and collaborate with a Senior/Lead Developer.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards and quality measures.
- Provide 3rd line support as required.
- Contribute to team ownership of platforms/systems worked on.
- Test code in accordance with guidelines.
- Manage context switching and meet deadlines.
- Participate actively in team meetings for knowledge sharing.
- Provide effective updates and collaborate with team members for smooth delivery of development activities.
- Ensure fair treatment of customers and stakeholders in line with company principles.
Key Skills:
- GCSEs at grade 4-9 (A-C) or equivalent in Maths and English.
- Minimum 96 UCAS points or equivalent level 3 qualification (e.g., A-Levels).
- Genuine interest in software development.
- Right to work in the UK and residency in the UK or EEA for the past 3 consecutive years.
- No prior study of Software Development at level 4 or above.
