Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting members of the team as required on transactional/project work, subject to capacity
Key Skills:

Leveraged Finance Paralegal:
We have partnered with a leading Japanese bank who are seeking a Leveraged Finance Paralegal to assist their team until the end of March 2026.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in transactional banking, leveraged finance, fund finance and finance/corporate work and review of non-disclosure agreements, reliance/release letters, POAs, corporate authorisations, legal opinions and related documents would be particularly helpful.
Duties:
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating NDAs, reliance/release letters and other similar documents
