Create a stimulating and inclusive environment that supports childrens individual development and promotes British values. Safeguard childrens welfare, promptly addressing and escalating concerns as per safeguarding policies. Ensure all paperwork, including registration forms, settling-in documents, and daily records, is accurate and completed in a timely manner. Assist in maintaining high-quality environments that respect and support childrens diverse needs and stages of development. Promote equality of opportunity and ensure that children with additional needs are fully supported, working collaboratively with external agencies when required.
