Position Overview We are looking for a Level 2 Service Desk Engineer to join us in Stone, Staffordshire. This role would suit an experienced IT support professional looking for an opportunity to work in a dedicated client position.

Responsibilities Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional technical support for software, hardware and network issues
  • Performing diagnosis for issues and guiding users through step-by-step solutions in a desktop support environment
  • Providing technical solutions in a user-friendly and professional manner
  • Facilitating one-to-one end user training as required
