Summary: The role of Leiter Produktmarketing involves launching and promoting a major Talent Solutions product in France and Germany, focusing on driving growth through innovative marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the country Go-to-Market plan in partnership with field marketing, product marketing, sales, customer success, and global marketing teams.
- Build and implement scaled marketing programs to launch the product in France and Germany, aiming to raise awareness, generate demand, and drive adoption.
- Adapt global launch programs to fit local market nuances and feedback.
- Partner with internal teams and external partners to deliver multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns that support launch objectives and revenue goals.
- Identify local market opportunities, goals, and adaptations for marketing campaigns.
- Manage and activate local influencer and channel partner marketing strategies.
- Ensure all customer-facing materials comply with local regulations, coordinating with Legal and Go-to-Market Enablement teams.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and report outcomes to senior stakeholders, including field marketing, regional sales leaders, and global marketing teams.
Key Skills:
- 5–10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with proven campaign management and country-level GTM experience (tech/SaaS preferred).
- Native or near-native French or German, with strong English skills for international collaboration.
- Experience partnering with field marketing and regional teams; able to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong execution skills with a track record of delivering projects on time.
- At least 5 years of experience in project managing marketing campaigns, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Experience in HR or L&D tech, working with large enterprise clients (preferred).
- Event management experience.
- Ability to function as both a strategic marketer and an executor of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management and communication skills to coordinate teams in a matrix, international environment.
- Data-driven with the ability to track and report on campaign performance.

This role sits at the heart of a fast-growing business segment, working with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative customer campaigns across multiple marketing channels. As part of the country marketing team, you will drive growth in one of our largest markets, supporting product adoption, awareness, and engagement. You will translate global strategy into locally relevant campaigns, collaborating closely with Product Marketing, Field/Growth Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver measurable outcomes and demonstrate ROI.
