Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth operation of the Aqua Park and maintain safety standards.
• Report daily to the Site Director on operational metrics.
• Review booking systems, weather, and employee rotas regularly.
• Liaise with manufacturers for equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Oversee and manage accidents and incidents effectively.
• Coach, support, and train team members regularly.
• Identify and manage performance levels of team members.
• Deliver ongoing training and coaching throughout the season.
• Manage the effective pack-down of the park at the end of the season.

Key Skills:

• Strong management experience in the leisure industry.
• Commercial acumen with an operational background.
• Proficient in computer systems, including Excel.
• Excellent communication skills with public interaction experience.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Full driving license.
• Confident swimmer.
• Desirable: Background in leisure or water sports, First Aid qualification, RLSS Trainer Assessor qualification, interest in health & safety, methodical documentation skills, sales experience.
