Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive electronic and hard copy document management support including photocopying, scanning, pagination, printing, and binding.
- Certifying, redacting, and converting hard and electronic copy documents.
- Manage workflow via internal workflow management system to meet strict SLAs and deadlines.
- Ongoing management of files and filing areas including creation, archiving, and retrieval.
- Mail and courier coordination and booking.
- Inter-office train travel bookings and timetable research.
Key Skills:
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in a legal or professional services/customer service environment.
- Outstanding communication skills and a proven track record of exceptional customer service.
- Detail-oriented with experience in a fast-paced office setting; capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in managing a diverse workload within tight deadlines, using document/case management systems, and a commitment to exceeding goals, with flexibility to meet client demands.
