Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and business support within a legal office setting, including managing diaries for individuals or teams.
  • Handle the preparation, management, and editing of legal documents, including PDFs.
  • Conduct research using legal research tools such as West Law and Lexis Nexis.
  • Communicate information clearly and effectively, both orally and in written form, to clients, elected members, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Manage and deliver your own work with minimal supervision, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Skills:

  • GCSE English Language Grade 6 or above, plus at least three additional GCSEs at Grade 6 or above or equivalent qualifications (eg, Functional Skills, NVQ, BTEC).
  • Proven experience working in a legal office with high-level administration or business support functions.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe editing tools.
  • Experience in diary management and supporting both individuals and teams.
