Key Responsibilities:
- Organising and prioritising workloads in conjunction with fee earners
- Maintaining fee earner diaries and managing day-to-day commitments
- Preparing inward and outward correspondence
- Opening and closing files, ensuring compliance with money laundering documentation
- Liaising with clients and taking instructions under supervision
- Preparing and submitting property searches and legal documents
- Producing and assisting in the completion of monthly bills
- E-filing of documents and correspondence
- Coordinating room bookings, accommodation, and travel for fee earners
- Setting out of office greetings and managing email messages
Key Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Packages
- Experience with Searches, Land Registry, and Stamp Duty Land Tax interfaces
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in document management systems
- Fast and accurate typing skills
