To join their busy property department you will have experience with either Residential or Commercial Property or both.The RoleTo provide secretarial support to the property fee earnerScreening incoming callsDealing with new business opportunities so that these are processed efficiently helping to ensure the continued success of the property departmentAudio typing using digital dictationDiary management , booking rooms and arranging meetingsUsing case management systemLiaise with clients, solicitors, Estate agents and mortgage lendersProviding quotations , sending out client care lettersDeal with client queries, and take instruction from clientsAmend and reformat documentsApply for searches using on line services including land registryUsing HRMC website to complete stamp duty land tax formsDeal with post completion mattersMaintain client files, opening and closing of filesMaintain the filing systemAssist fee earners in the maintenance of client accountsProvide guidance to junior and temporary secretaries when requiredExperience RequiredRecent Residential or Commercial Property legal secretarial experience essential Fast and accurate audio typing skills, including Digital dictationExperience with Microsoft office , word, outlook, ExcelAble to prioritise and multitaskExcellent telephone manorPossess the ability to deal with client queries when fee earners are out of the officeFriendly working environmentCompetitive salaryHours Monday to Friday 9am- 5.30pmApply Now.
