Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal and administrative support to the CEO and Legal Advisory Team.
• Conduct legal research and provide opinions on residency and citizenship programmes.
• Support clients on legal aspects relevant to residence and citizenship programmes.
• Draft reports, legal memoranda, and prepare presentation materials.
• Analyse bills or draft regulations and present commentary and propose improvements.
• Draft legal correspondence with appropriate tone.
• Collaborate with marketing and digital design teams for legal reviews of materials.
• Stay updated on Investor Immigration industry news and provide weekly updates.
• Work with the Special Reports team to compile the annual World Citizenship Report.

Key Skills:

• A degree from an accredited school of law in a Common Law jurisdiction.
• Understanding of common law legal systems and their components.
• Outstanding command of written and spoken English with attention to detail.
• Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders via email and phone.
