  • Manage client and matter setup/closure, including conflict checks, AML coordination, and engagement letters.
  • Coordinate diaries, meetings, travel, room bookings, catering, and IT support across the team.
  • Oversee email accounts, file management, inbox monitoring, and document distribution protocols.
  • Support billing processes, invoice generation, fee portal updates, and client purchase order management.
  • Liaise with internal teams, maintain contact databases, manage storage, and assist with team-wide admin tasks.
