Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and format documents, correspondence, and presentations using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and dictation tools.
- Manage client and matter setup/closure, including conflict checks, AML coordination, and engagement letters.
- Coordinate diaries, meetings, travel, room bookings, catering, and IT support across the team.
- Oversee email accounts, file management, inbox monitoring, and document distribution protocols.
- Support billing processes, invoice generation, fee portal updates, and client purchase order management.
- Liaise with internal teams, maintain contact databases, manage storage, and assist with team-wide admin tasks.
