Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support to the People and Place Team regarding Housing Revenue Account matters.
- Assist with non-contentious legal work, including preparation of Reports on Title and land transactions.

- Manage own caseload and assist Senior Lawyers in organizing evidence and drafting documents.
- Prepare instructions to Counsel and conduct legal research.
