Summary: The Delivery Manager role focuses on overseeing the delivery of legal services related to cyber, data, and privacy matters within a global law firm. This position involves managing a team of paralegals and ensuring high-quality service delivery while collaborating with various legal sectors. The role is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract with flexible working arrangements. The position is based in multiple locations across the UK, including Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, or Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:
- Line manage and develop a team of paralegals delivering work to both internal lawyers and external clients
- Supervise legal service delivery, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and consistency
- Oversee service delivery operations, including resource planning, quality assurance, and performance reviews
- Collaborate with sector and practice groups to enhance and evolve delivery models
- Manage capacity, workflows, and talent allocation in partnership with resource managers
- Identify and support new service opportunities in the cyber, privacy, and data space
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in data protection, privacy, and cyber security legal matters
- Proven track record in DSARs, breach management, DTIAs, and privacy policy drafting
- Confidence in supervising legal professionals and managing delivery in high-volume, multi-site environments
- Experience working with performance metrics and legal tech platforms
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills within complex, commercial legal settings
Salary (Rate): £65,000 yearly
