This pivotal role calls for a professional with deep expertise in legal technology, systems architecture, and project leadership, aiming to streamline processes and enhance organizational compliance.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience leading complex enterprise legal technology implementations, particularly legal intake and contract lifecycle management.
- Strong technical expertise in configuring integrations, webhooks, and data flows across diverse platforms such as Jira, ServiceNow, CRM systems, and communication tools.
- Sound knowledge of legal, privacy, and compliance operations, including risk assessments, DPIA/LIA processes, and regulatory obligation tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to design data architecture, taxonomy, and executive dashboards for comprehensive insights.
- Exceptional project management, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working with legal tech solutions like Streamline and Juro.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF or BCS.
- Knowledge of software development practices and cloud migration strategies.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Law, Information Systems, or related field.
- Significant professional experience in legal technology projects, ideally integrated within corporate legal teams.
- Track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering scalable tech solutions.
