Summary: The role of Interim Legal Counsel involves providing cross-border legal advice within a high-performing team at a leading international organization based near Bristol. The position requires a qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience, focusing on commercial contracts, disputes, data protection, and other legal matters. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders and the Management Board, driving efficiencies and offering pragmatic solutions. This interim role is expected to last between 9 to 12 months, starting in April/May 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide quality cross-border legal advice on commercial contracts, disputes, data protection, employment, M&A, real estate transactions, and IP matters.
• Advise key stakeholders across the group of companies.
• Champion proactive problem solving and attention to detail.
• Suggest solutions to resolve business issues in a commercial and pragmatic manner.
• Drive efficiencies and influence business thinking.
• Interact with members of the Management Board.
