Summary: Legal Counsel position available for a telecommunications company in the Manchester area, offering a fixed-term contract of 12-18 months. Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting senior stakeholders with negotiating and drafting general BAU commercial contracts, including supplier contracts, technology, and IT contracts, terms and conditions.
• Collaborating with different departments, including sales and marketing, to support commercial decisions.
• Supporting the General Counsel and Head of Legal on complex projects.

Key Skills:

• Experience in a telecommunications business or a regulated environment/utilities-focused business.
• Strong commercial contract experience.
• Experience working in a regulated industry with a fast-paced caseload.

Salary (Rate): 70000
