Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and negotiating contracts including manufacturing, supply, logistics, distribution, MSAs, NDAs, and service agreements
- Advising on contractual risks and managing early-stage disputes
- Coordinating with legal teams across the UK, Europe, and America
- Supporting workload prioritisation for the manufacturing legal business partner
- Contributing to compliance on UK/EU competition law and broader legal issues such as IP, IT, and data protection
- Staying informed on legal tech innovations and helping drive process improvements
Key Skills:
- Commercially minded and collaborative lawyer with solid experience handling complex commercial contracts
- England & Wales qualified Solicitor
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation experience
- Ability to provide pragmatic, business-focused legal advice
- Familiarity with distribution/logistics contracts and relevant competition law

What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in supporting a major contracting initiative, working with colleagues across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and European sales.
