Your New Role A broad generalist commercial Legal Counsel role reporting into the Head of Legal as part of a small immediate team, that is supported by a wider network of lawyers internationally. Working on matters concerning the UK and Europe, you will support crucial internal stakeholders including the product, sales and procurement teams, advising on commercial and legal risk. Typical commercial contracts you will work on include MSAs, licensing, software, supply and consultancy agreements, while you will also support on ad hoc IP, data privacy and legal compliance matters in a fast-paced environment.
Who You Are You must be an E&W qualified lawyer with no restrictions to your eligibility to work. You'll need to be able to go into the London offices three days per week on a hybrid working basis, and as a guide you'll have 2-3 PQE (though the organisation is happy to meet lawyers with other levels of relevant experience. Ideally you will have trained in private practice. The business is happy to consider both practice lawyers and those may have moved in-house at some point after qualification.
