Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including strategic partnerships and supplier contracts

• Contribute to legal operational projects to improve the efficiency of the Legal team; mentor junior members of the Legal team
• Provide legal support for key teams, including Commercial, New Ventures, and Marketing
