Legal Counsel / In-House Counsel
We’re working on an excellent opportunity for a Senior Legal Counsel to join a growing healthcare consultancy on an initial 6-month contract.
This role would suit an experienced lawyer who can get up to speed quickly and support on a broad range of commercial, client-facing and supplier contracts in a highly specialist life sciences environment.
The work will include: Reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, consultancy agreements and supplier terms Supporting contracts with pharmaceutical, biotech, MedTech and healthcare-sector clients Advising internal stakeholders on risk, contract process and commercial negotiation points Supporting data protection, IP, confidentiality and regulatory/compliance considerations Working closely with senior leadership in a collaborative in-house legal function
We are particularly interested in speaking with lawyers who have experience in one or more of the following environments: Healthcare consultancy Medical communications HEOR / market access Pharma, biotech or MedTech CROs or clinical research organisations Life sciences advisory / professional services
The client is looking for a practical, commercially minded lawyer who enjoys working closely with the business and providing clear, pragmatic advice in a specialist healthcare environment.
