• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of Travel Experiences contracts with partners/clients.
• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including non-disclosure agreements and service agreements.
• Advising on commercial legal matters within the Travel Experiences division.
• Identifying and mitigating legal risks and conducting legal research.
• Collaborating with the business to understand products and strategies for future legal needs.
• Promoting continuous improvement in legal processes and documentation.
