Summary: The role of Legal Counsel at a fast-growing FTSE 250 Food and Beverage company involves providing legal support for a range of corporate and commercial matters. Key Responsibilities:

• Support corporate and commercial legal work including commercial contracts and franchise agreements.
• Handle compliance, technology agreements, marketing and advertising, joint ventures, data protection, and brand protection matters.
• Work collaboratively within a close-knit legal team.
• Provide support and development for junior team members.

Key Skills:

• Qualified in England and Wales.
• Minimum of 5 years’ PQE at Legal Counsel level.
• Experience in a dynamic in-house legal team.
• Knowledge of corporate and commercial matters in the food and beverage, hospitality, leisure, and/or retail sectors.
• Interest in mentoring junior team members.
