The Vacancy

The RSK Group are looking for a fixed term Corporate Lawyer to join our extremely busy inhouse legal team to cover maternity leave for 13-14 months commencing in February 2026. This is a full time (40 hours pw) hybrid role, you must be able to come into the office in Helsby, Cheshire a couple of days per week, ideally on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The RSK group is a leading environmental, engineering and technical services business headquartered in the UK, with an established presence in more than 40 countries around the world. We are ideally looking for a lawyer with at least 4 years PQE with a good grounding in M&A work to work client side to assist with the company’s continuing growth plans. This role will provide the right candidate with the opportunity to continue advising on corporate acquisitions and to broaden their corporate expertise, advising our businesses both in the UK and internationally.

Person Specification

Qualified lawyer with at least 4 years PQE. A background in corporate law, ideally in a fast-paced environment. International experience is desirable but not essential. This role is most suited to an adaptable person with a keen eye for detail and understand the importance of commerciality in their legal advice and will thrive with a hugely varied workload.
