Summary: The Legal Counsel (Customer & Sales) role involves providing operational legal advice to a consumer-facing business within a leading mobile technology company. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support to commercial and go-to-market teams on new product features and services.
• Collaborate with digital, retail, and contact center operations to ensure compliant customer journeys.
• Implement new laws and regulations, updating customer terms and conditions and legal documents.
• Support indirect and affiliate partner channels and manage customer claims.
• Deliver timely legal advice to transformation programs.

Key Skills:

• Qualified solicitor or barrister in the UK or Commonwealth jurisdiction.
• Prior in-house or private practice experience, preferably in telecommunications or media.
• Experience with Ofcom’s General Conditions and general consumer law.
• Agile and innovative approach to legal advice with a focus on solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Flexibility and ability to handle change in a busy environment.
